1. If you live outside of the Chicagoland delivery area and would like to donate a surprise tree to a family in need and you don’t know the address – this is the tree. The family will receive a 5 foot Scotch Pine OR Colorado Blue Spruce Tree. The address you enter is 648 Matthew Lane, Carol Stream, IL. 60188. The tree will be delivered to a family in need 2. If you want to buy a tree a surprise tree for a family, make sure to list the correct delivery address to that house. Any questions – please call Jim Guthrie at 312-961-9558.

PLEASE NOTE: 3 box of lights will be placed by tree or on front porch. If volunteers have time, they will decorate the tree.

Delivery: Saturday, November 29th – Sunday, November 30th. All proceeds go the SADS Foundation which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to save the lives and support the families of children and young adults who are genetically predisposed to sudden death due to heart rhythm abnormalities and to purchase AED’s for schools in supporting towns. Your purchase of a tree, shirt or additional SADS donation of $25 or $50 is much appreciated.
